Happy New Year
January is a month when some crave comfort food while others prefer healthy after all of the holiday celebrations. Regardless, we are all looking for something a little new to start off the year. My team of chefs do the exact same thing at each of the restaurants. The real arrival of winter dictates the typical seasonal change, but you’ll see some new creations and specials as the creativity takes off and they start to modify their menus for the new year.
